The floor room felt sticky. The halls smelled of weed and animals. The TV didn't work when we first arrived due to a power/storm issue. The pool was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The shower water was wither super hot or freezing cold, there was no in between warmth. There was also a light outside of our window that was bright shining through the edges of our window curtain all night long. The area was nice being close to Hyvee for quick needs.

Waited 30+ minutes to check in because no one was at the counter, garbage in the bin in our room at start of stay (makes you think what else wasn't clean), couch was visibly stained and in poor repair, fitted sheet didn't stay on bed. AC was functional, internet worked and check out was easy.

This property is a do not stay!! No night staff! Hot water very poor! Homeless guys knocked satellite dish over and cruised around parking lot! Zero responses to any issue left a day early nobody there to check us out! Wyndham has been no help! No safety in this hotel!

There’s a bare bones reply for a review: the bed mattress was quality. It helped me sleep. The heat/air conditioner was not obnoxious. To me, that’s all you really need in a place to stay the night when you don’t want to fall asleep on the road. Most hotels/motels don’t get this right. Baymont did get it right.

Nice hotel, seemed well maintained. Staff was friendly and professional. Only criticism is the limited breakfast items, there was some sort of film left on the tiled floor (cleaning solution most likely, and the fact they entered my room to clean when I had the do not disturb sign hanging. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
