"The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great."

"Sadly I had a very bad experience at this hotel and do not believe it should be on Hotels.com. It really isn’t a hotel - more like a spare room in someone’s house. The temperature outside was 37 degrees (and didn’t drop below 27 degrees all night), but the A/C in the room was broken and all there was to try to keep you cooler was a very old fan. You couldn’t open the door to the terrace without moving the bed. (I was offered an alternative room in the attic - with working A/C but it was a...
