"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. "This was a splurge for my birthday and it was so exciting to take the ferry over-it conveniently runs every 15 minutes- park and walk up to a beautiful castle. After we checked in we explored the property and then got a drink in the luxurious bar. The furniture was comfortable and cute. We took a bath in the claw foot tub and enjoyed the large and soft bath towels and robes. The toilet was difficult to flush and you had to pull at the top not the chain. The bed was the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. Breakfast was phenomenal with everything so tasty and fresh in a gorgeous sunny atrium. Could do a better job cleaning-lots of cobwebs and dust. Some people complain about the decor but it is a restored castle and I don't think it's easy to simple replace the wallpaper. Definitely would recommend! "
