"Everything was fine and we were lucky one room left for an animal as hadn’t called hotel directly about that so my bad! Only thing was had a room where could be a connecting room with door between but this was not the point here and unfortunately the person beside us had TV on loud I assume and sure could hear it which not optimal to go to sleep! Front desk did call them but they didn’t seem to answer so we had to bang on their door and then they did stop (didn’t come out to talk about it- just turned the tv off or much lower volume?) Besides that- all good."

"Breakfast was decent, housekeeping and front desk staff did great! Room phone and provided cell number called multiple times in a day with less than 5 minutes of notice to move my car to different areas and parking lots around the property due to parking lot cleaning. Very frustrating as there was no prior or ongoing communication and I was in the middle of work every time."

"I booked my hotel room through Expedia. I was told that free breakfast wasn’t available to me because I hadn’t booked directly with Best Western. This was upsetting. I had dinner at hotel restaurant in the evening. The staff in the dining room were very good. Overall the hotel looked worn. Carpeting in the hallway of my floor was dirty, wrinkled, and in some places missing. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and my room was quiet."

"The place is accesible. They even gave us gift. But it seems they didn't clean good the room. The trashbag is full. There were used towels in sink. I don't even know if they replaced the bedsheet as i have that impression because of the used towels we saw. "

"Non smoking hotel but i guess it is ok to smoke weed. The girl at the desk smelled it as well but said cannot do anything. Will not be back and the shower was in pretty bad shape too."
