Also, the signage for the hotel does not match the name on Expedia. Look for PowerGym, and you will find it much easier. Staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Coralie and her staff were always so nice and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and a couple really good restaurants. We 100% preferred the beach in line with the hotel compared to the private one that the shuttle brings you to because you’re dependant on the shuttle service to get back which was not reliable when we were there and much more uncomfortable rocks under our feet.

I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. "I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."

But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet). On the second day, we realized just how relaxed we felt at this hotel, so we decided to stay an extra two nights! It was well worth it. I came back from Italy feeling totally relaxed and restored."
