Everything about this hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Gergana, was friendly and welcoming from the outset and she was very helpful and obliging in dealing with any requests that we had. An excellent ambassador for the hotel.

Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic.
