"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"This property is not n a great location for dinning and exploring the town and attractions. Note that you cannot park near the property. You need to find parking and walk some distance on cobblestone to get to your room. "

"Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. Bed rather comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast buffet nicely done with your daily choice of fresh pastries. Although outside Florence, there is a bus stopping right outside the drive way every 20 minutes. Bus ride takes 20 minutes. Closest stop about 10 minute walk to Vecchio bridge. "Nice location, convenient with a bus stop down the street. Great breakfast, nice shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, nice room but, as is common in Europe, thin walls."

Nice food options and music on specific days Clean Cabins If you have not booked shuttle from the Figline station to this place- you may have a hard time getting a taxi from the station. I recommend to plan ahead for the commute from the train station to this property."
