"Bfast was simple but tasty. Room was very clean and smells really good. Even the common toilet was ultra clean. Staff especially the male server at the restaurant and bfast buffet was very friendly and funny. Parking was great! Highly recommended."

"Breakfast has decent options but they need to be careful with cheese. We got mold in one of our cheese cubes. Parking can be hair raising if you have a big SUV. It is in the basement and pathway is spiral with very tight corners. Also the front desk/reception is not open 24 hours. So you are out of luck if you arrive late after 9:00 PM and inform them beforehand. "

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
