"Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty."

"The room was dirty. I had to have them change dirty sheets and bedspreads. There was black mold on the shower curtain. The corners of bathroom floor had dirt built up in them. The bathroom walls had something brown splattered on them. Everywhere you looked it was dirty or broken. It was the worst I have ever seen."
