The man at the front desk, I believe his name was Joe, was amazing. The room was clean and pleasant to be in. The fridge was a great size and the bed was comfortable. The one issue I had was I left something in the room. (I know I should have tripled checked but it was about 5am and we had to leave.) Upon leaving I realized I left my $100.00 hair dryer in the room. There was no way anyone went into the room yet, so I called the front desk. After telling them what happend, what I left and exactly where I left it, I was told we could swing by on our way back home and pick it up. That is exactly what we did but were told nothing was found in the room and there wasn't anything in lost and found. I find this odd as I gave clear direction on where it was and what it looked like. The maid working said she would check the maids areas and bins but came up empty. I just find it funny that a room no one has been in after I left, that something would grow legs and disappear. Fully understand that it was my fault for forgetting it, but it just seems as though someone took it.

It was absolutely terrible. The bed had hair embedded in the comforter, and the bathroom shower was disgusting-the shower was nasty and dirty and there was hair in there as well. I was highly disappointed this time!

We checked in at 3pm and were given a wheelchair room. No idea why. I asked for pillows that were not down (due to an allergy) and was told there were none. Fire alarm went off at 6 am. We raced downstairs and were told it’s fine “because the alarm stopped.” Bread products were okay but pancake machine broken.chicken sausage was vile.
