"Beautiful house. Very clean and has everything we needed while on our stay. The communication was great, so it was a straight forward visit. The night time we went to the pub, literally next door. "The hotel is in a very convenient location, within easy walking distance of the pier, tram, and beach. Limited parking is also available, which is a useful bonus. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was acceptable, although the selection was quite limited and the dining area felt small. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel were disappointing. There was visible mould in areas beyond just the bathroom, and the bathroom itself did not feel properly clean, with dirty walls and a shower drain that seemed partly clogged. There was also no hair dryer in the room. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the hotel felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness issues, especially the mould and bathroom condition, really let the stay down."
