The location, restaurant and the pool was really the only positives that I could see. At check in..the woman was less than friendly. Once we got inside our room the floor felt sticky and dirty to my feet. The lake view was nice and the pool was very refreshing. The restaurant served delicious food and the waitress was excellent!

Easy check in. Attentive staff. Room had sink drain issue which was immediately resolved. Later the ac was struggling to blow cold air. Maintenance resolved issue the next morning and room was cooling the second day.

The property was excellent ,we had no issues , the staff was very very nice ans helped every way they could , especially at check in , housekeeping , maintenance were always asking if we needed anything , the morning breakfast was absolutely the best as was the cook and hostess, we couldn't ask for any better stay , we will make Guntersville and Wyndham Garden Gate by the Lake a Eetreat for US !!!

This hotel was very nice. The public areas were well kept and attractive. I have never had a more cheerful and helpful staff. Parking was crowded because of the location but there was a friendly and helpful gentleman who helped with that. The site was beautiful with very nice piers available for the pleasure of the guests. The only criticism is that the rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable.

I loved the view to the lake and the access of the lake, you can get on a kayak or paddle board right outside your door. The room was very clean and updated. I will most definitely be back for another visit with my kiddos in the summer!!!
