Clean and Comfortable in a Convenient Location

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was an amazing upgrade standard height no clog toilet! The place was quiet and right on the river. It is located close to restaurants and shopping centers. The only downside was that the pool was closed! It was the middle of summer and a big disappointment. I’ve stayed here in the past and enjoyed the pool with my nephew!

Less than expected

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room entrance is to the outside and was noisy from traffic and pedestrians. Bed cover was stained left mental impression that it was unclean. The towels were small and thin.

There was ink on the comforter, and the t.v. remote looked like a tiny dog had chewed on it, but the rest of our stay was wonderful. See you in May for a wedding.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Air was not on in room, refrigerator not plugged in and it was a very small one, no microwave in room ( had one on floor and on first floor) no ice machine on our floor had to go to first floor.

It was a good stay except for the crazy woman outside screaming profanities from about 12:30-3:00 am Friday night. I tried calling the front desk several times but could never get any answer. Didnt get much sleep that night.
