"This is a wonderful place to stay in Lindau. The staff was exemplary, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious - and it also had an outdoor seating area with lovely views. The outside seating can be accessed throughout the day and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was spotless with great amenities. They also offer a "honor bar" in the lobby with snacks, drinks, wine and beer. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance as well."

"Wir waren als Familie nur für eine Nacht in der Jugendherberge Lindau, möchten aber die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Sauberkeit (vor allen Dingen auch WCs und Duschen) und die wirklich schöne Einrichtung erwähnen. Das Zimmer war wie erwartet sehr schlicht, aber sogar mit Waschbecken und Spiegel ausgestattet (hatten wir gar nicht erwartet). Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten es zwar nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit durch Kauf von Essensmarken...

"Café Ebner is a great boutique hotel downtown Lindau. Rooms are spacious and modern. Beds are great and we slept very well. Breakfast is amazing ! Price is reasonable and includes breakfast .Would highly recommend this place if you spend some time in Lindau."

"Fantastic place, walking distance to the island with jogging path along the lake. I called to say that we arrive late and the lady at the reception was extremely outgoing, friendly, helpful. She booked us a restaurant where we could eat late in the evening. On the checkout day we could leave the car without extra cost for 2 hours longer just to explore the island. That was a nice bonus! The only thing that we would welcome to have is a lift - we had to drag our suitcases up to the 2nd floor. But...

"The room provided bore no resemblance to what the property advertised. The hotel refused to take any responsibility and it was left to hotels.com to offer a partial refund. Hotels.com were excellent (as always) but avoid this overpriced and misleading property."
