Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review...

We enjoyed the candy jars everywhere and the breakfast spread was amazing! Above aqnd beyond expectations! But the staff was the best part of our stay. The front desk reception was very nice and informative and helped us with transportation, and the bar was perfect! Open after a long day and during the day and the staff was fantastic!"
