"The hotel seems having renovation outside that they removed the hotel name. Front desk service is 0, basically no service, the staff just helped check-in and check-out and didn't want to answer any questions/ enquiries even it's about the payment/ deposit. "Terrible place to stay - I was staying in level 5 and could not sleep due to the noise from people gambling in level 3 persisting after midnight. Windows are totally blocked by walls and advertisement board. Bed are super hard, more like sleeping on wooden board. Carpet looks dirty with stain all over the places. Will never stay in this hotel ever again."
