"My stay was quite enjoyable and peaceful. The housekeeping staff came by every morning, they were friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were helpful. My room was clean and the given glassware was beautiful. My only complaint would be a strange smell emanating from the bathroom drain. It was pungent and not a pleasant stench. "

"This is a great hotel, super clean and pleasant. The staff is very efficient, professional, and polite, always ready to help. It's a very good option for resting and having breakfast after a 10-hour journey with children. Our breakfast was included, and we loved it; it was very varied, healthy, and delicious. They have paid parking, and the tram to the city center stops just one street away. It's a great value for the price! It's about a 12-minute walk from Zurich's main train station. Highly recommended! "Room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. The hotel was excellently located very near the train station with connections to the airport and easy access to the historic centre with its shops and restaurants. Would stay here again on a return visit."

"This was a great hotel. It was right in the middle of many attractions we could walk to. The Christmas market was within walking distance. There was an underground car park right next to it, that we used for a fee. We called ahead of time to reserve a spot. The room was small, but sufficient for the two of us. It was very clean."
