"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

Premièrement, l'hôte n'a pas voulu modifier la réservation comme demandé par mail par hôtels.com que je ne tiens pas pour responsable. En fait à la suite d'une erreur je voulais venir le jour même ( chambre disponible) et non le lendemain. "It was a lovely stay- nice and clean. The only (small) downfalls were: 1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?! 2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom! 3) There was no oven tray....

"We had booked two of one-bedroom plus for family group of 6. Spacious flat room, everything in room (shampoo, showr gel; mini fridge, cups, bowels, knife, cutting board; ironing board; hair dryer...). Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff is nice and professional. Free coffee in the lobby. Washing & dryer machine in facility. Enjoy the stay and would definitely recommend it."

All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. "The hotel was excellent. Attention to detail was evident both in the room and throughout the entire property, with no faults in any of the room’s facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and corridor had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast felt refined and healthy. After a long journey driving across Hungary, this hotel was the perfect place to rest. There is also a small but cosy park next to the hotel, featuring a pond and beautiful roses."

This trip started with a brief misunderstanding between me and a staff member. Sometimes things happen ! What's important is how quickly and completely the entire staff and management came to our rescue... problem solved. This deepens our love and loyalty. Oh... by the way... the building itself is modern, gorgeous, located perfectly. Yes, indeed, we will be back ! E & R"
