The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.

Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. Food was rubbish / prison food and depressing, we drove out every day to much nicer areas in Sicily. We learned upon checking in all inclusive does not mean everything is inclusive, still have to top up a voi card for drinks like an aperol spritz or negroni. Did not use amenities a lot as was here for another function, however it seemed the default answer for all hotel staff is no. We were told we needed an animator to allow us to play tennis even though we had brought all of our tennis kit. Felt like a daycare and finally argued through that we can go without an animator, who were constantly on break and inaccessible anyway. Would gladly avoid this place at all costs if you can. A true hell scape, unless you’re into mass produced all inclusive type of experience (which again is not really all inclusive)

Personale gentilissimo ma letti scomodissimi e lettini in spiaggia solo per due ( su 4) occupanti la stanza. In effetti con 35 gradi 2 ragazzini di 12 e 14 anni potevano stare sotto il sole e senza lettino... Assurdo per un tesoro 4 stelle

Toller Strand. Tolle Animation (Bravo Club). Super Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Unterkunft sauber und gut klimatisiert. Dusche renovierungsbedürftig - wir haben fast nur draußen geduscht. Pool sauber, dass große Becken ist sehr unpraktisch gebaut - nur für gute Schwimmer geeignet. Essenssaal sehr laut! Animation usw. nur auf italienisch!

Breve soggiorno, servizio buono, buffe colazione e cena ottimo ricco e vario, bellissima piscina, letto scomodo con rete rumorosa, molto gradito il servizio biberonia ma molto costoso visto che si e obbligati se si alloggia con un neonato. Bravissimi i ragazzi dello Staff animazione simpatici, ricchi di idee OTTIMO INTRATTENIMENTO.

Du très bon personnel.

Un très bon hotel club. Idéal pour une famille. Une équipe super. Les extras sont trop chère. Des progrès à faire pour les repas et surtout au petit déjeuner. Au pays du café et des oranges c'est dommage de boire de la boisson en poudre.

Siamo stati in quest'hotel 3giorni e pensiamo di ritornarci perché rispetto ad altre strutture è a misura d'uomo, tutto si trova a pochi passi, compreso il mare e per chi ha bimbi piccoli è una caratteristica ottima. Ci è stata assegnata una meravigliosa camera nel corpo centrale e l'unica pecca è stata il rumore del piano bar fino a tarda serata.poche sdraio in zona piscina per il resto tutto ok,cucina ottima,personale qualificato

Beach Resort for Seniors

We stayed 5 days at the resort because it had a convenient location for all of the places that we wanted to visit in northeastern Sicily. The hotel is "nice" in the sense of a traditional beach resort, if you like that sort of thing. There were 3 pools, a reasonable beach, several restaurants, semi-entertainment and nice grounds. The best part was our room which was a 2-story townhouse with plenty of separate sleeping areas, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. The worst part was the food, which was mediocre buffet tourist meals. Most of the time we ended up eating out or eating snacks in the kitchenette. The other big irritation was that there was supposed to be Wi-Fi but for some reason it was turned off or not working. The staff didn't know why and they weren't trying to get it fixed.

hotel gradevole.camere ampie e spaziose ma il frigobar in camera rumorosissimo. personale cortese e abbastanza disponibile. staff di animazione molto volenteroso ma un po' stressato. spiaggia bella e ben attrezzata. cibo molto buono a parte la frutta spesso di bassa qualita'. purtroppo orario della pulizia della camera non fisso e quindi molto scomodo dover aspettare anche nelle prime ore pomeridiane l'arrivo del personale per le pulizie. aria condizionata nella hall e nel ristorante assolutamente inadeguata.

Hotel Baia di Tindari - villaggio in Sicilia

Un bel fine settimana passato in questo splendido villaggio dell'Alpitour. Buona animazione e accoglienza. Unico neo: varietà di cibo molto scarsa.

Très bel hôtel. A privilégier pour les familles avec enfants

3 points négatifs ou à améliorer : 1/ la plage : la mer n'est pas au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre en Sicile, mais les piscines sont magnifiques 2/ les chambres sont un peu bruyantes (notamment dans le corps principal de l'hôtel) 3/ la qualité de la nourriture limite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles (pas assez de choix notamment - plutôt du niveau d'un 3 étoiles)
