"My first stay here lasted several days, but my most recent was about 12 hours — a waste of a wonderful place except for the sheer comfort, the perfect location, and the right little jazz trio in the lounge that I managed to catch a few minutes of. Although it’s got nothing to do with the amenities, I like very much that the airport bus stop is literally at their back door."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff. Shower door is only partially enclosing the shower area so water runs out onto floor. Can see prior repairs of the wood door frame to the bathroom entrance. Nice breakfast assortment to get the day started. Very close to Abando metro station. Hotel cannot help the following, but others may want to know these: Homeless cardboard camps outside the entrance and down the street. Dumpsters here smell horribly of urine. Bus stop (not sure which or to where) is right outside the door to the right. Mall across the street has restaurant and small grocery store."

"This hotel is in a great location. Close to the river and the tram and the funicular. Several grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Lots of funky tavernas and restaurants nearby. The Guggenheim is an easy 15 minute walk along the river. The suite itself was great. It was nicely equipped with dishes and cutlery, glasses and mugs. We were able to prepare breakfast and snacks with the grill pain and pots on hand. There’s a full size fridge with a small freezer, a convection microwave and a 2 burner cooktop. Nespresso coffee maker. Having a washer/ dryer en suite was very useful too. We luckily booked a terrace which was large and furnished with a table and chairs. The staff was wonderful as well. A very good choice for a stay in Bilbao!"
