Sometimes it’s the smallest details that speak the loudest, and that is exactly where this location shines. The housekeeping is absolutely impeccable—clearly a reflection of the pride and care Chynett brings to her work. The entire hotel, including the 5th floor where we stayed, smelled incredibly clean, fresh, and crisp. That alone was refreshing beyond words. Our room was extremely modern, with stylish lighting and beautiful fixtures. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to truly rest. The bathroom was stunning—an all-glass shower (no tub), fantastic water pressure, and excellent lighting that made the space feel upscale and luxurious. This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was meaningful. Chynett Harris is the kind of employee every company hopes for and every guest remembers long after checkout. "James was very informative and welcoming. The lobby was decorated in beautiful decorations for Christmas. A lovely sight after driving for 8 hours! Clean room, hot shower and Joe's pizza was delicious. Order a dessert, its worth the extra money "

"This is the 6th year in a row we have stayed at this hotel. We travel with our dog and the fact that you have direct access to the outside is a huge plus for us. The rooms are always clean, smell great, and the beds are very comfy! Great place for the price. "
