Ein sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Check in, freundliches Personal an der Skybar, beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war super und mit guter Auswahl, es blieb kein Wunsch offen.

Good place for a short stay over

The hotel is minimalistic with no reception or restaurant in the evening. The area surrounding the hotel is an industrial area without restaurants or bars. Cleanliness is very good and no issues with traffic or other noise. Good place if you only need somewhere to stay the night.

Neues modernes Hotel. Preis-Leistung absolut gut. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Auswärts selten in so einem bequemen Bett geschlafen. Netter Service. Parkplätze auf dem Gelände oder an der Straße kostenlos. Nur etwas abseits vom Geschehen aber das sieht man ja bei der Buchung. Gerne wieder.

Hôtel extra. Tout était parfait, et pour un prix modique. Chambre très spacieuse avec TOUS les équipements promis, parking gratuit, accueil très chaleureux, chambres très propres et très modernes, endroit calme, immeuble neuf, possibilité d'ouvrir les portes via son smartphone, etc. Vraiment parfait pour les voyageurs motorisés, comme nous qui faisions un trip en voiture à travers l'Europe (car situé en dehors de la ville mais c'est ce que nous cherchions). Merci et bravo au personnel !

Trotz der Ankündigung vieler, nur mit einem QR-Code den Schlüssel zu erhalten, war jemand vor Ort an der Rezeption. Sehr viel einfacher :-). Frühstück völlig ok und völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Hoffe, der Porsche-Fahrer macht bald seinen TÜV...

Modernes Hotel in einem Industriegebiet bei Fulda. Vieles funktioniert ohne Personal über App (Türöffnung, Check-in und -out). Zimmer nicht zu groß, aber sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet (Klimaanlage, Safe im Zimmer, WLAN vorhanden). Von der Größe her nicht üppig, aber ausreichend, wenn man mal kurze Zeit in Fulda zu tun hat. Frühstück ordentlich. Kaffee aus dem Automaten lecker, ansonsten vielfältig, aber ohne Riesenauswahl (z. B. Wurst nur drei Sorten und diese auch noch ausschließlich Pute, Brötchen glaube ich waren nur zwei Sorten). Aber auch warme Speisen wie Rührei, Bratwürste und Frikadellen am Büffet. Und leckere Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten. Da das Zimmer wirklich günstig war empfand ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unterm Strich immer noch als hervorragend und würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Zunächst das Positive: Sehr gutes Frühstück, parken direkt vor dem Hotel, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und gute Lage zur Autobahn und Bundesstrasse. Negativ: Auf Grund eines vermeintlichen Defektes an der Klima- oder Heizungsanlage auf allen Zimmern des Seitenflügels in dem sich auch mein Zimmer befand, war eine Nachtruhe unmöglich, da die ganze Nacht Lärm aus der Zimmerdecke kam. Am Morgen habe ich das Problem angesprochen und die kontaktierte Geschäftsführung war nicht bereit eine angemessene Entschädigung in Form eines Gutscheins für eine kostenlose Übernachtung oder deutliche Reduzierung des Übernachtungspreises zu leisten. Man hat mich mit 20€ Gutschrift abgespeist, was für eine Hotelnacht ohne Nachtruhe ein lächerlicher Ausgleich ist. Zudem hat im benachbarten Gewerbegebiet früh am Morgen zusätzlicher Lärm die Ruhe beeinträchtigt. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass Kundenbindung hier keine Rolle spielt sonst hätte man mit einem großzügigem Entgegenkommen reagiert und ich hätte dem Hotel beim nächsten Besuch in Fulda eine weitere Chance gegeben. So allerdings werde ich dort nicht mehr buchen.
