The A/C was not able to control. The toilet seat was not able to control heat. Staff is very friendly. I wish they give us 2 keys so that, less inconvenient. (The key have to put in to turn the room light on.)

職員：員工很好，很有禮貌，服務亦周到。 餐廳：食物好吃但選擇較少。 房間設施：房的灰塵很多，床褥很硬，枕頭睡了四天好像睡在石頭上，軟的硬的都睡得不好。 916空調系統有問題，房內空氣不流通，很焗， 917浴室的水龍頭有問題，熱水會自動跳去，之後要等很久才可調校至正常溫度，不然就只有冷水，大冷天老人家冲冲下就很難受了， 918浴室坐廁的自動清洗功能是壞掉的。

３歳の娘とアンパンマンミュージアムへ行った日の夜に宿泊しました。 徒歩では厳しいと思ったのでタクシーでホテルへ。 受付の方の対応も良く、スムーズにチェックインできました。 部屋の中は清潔で掃除もきちんとされている印象でした。 たくさんの外国の方が宿泊されていましたが、夜は静かで熟睡することができました。 　朝食も美味しく頂きました。 ありがとうございました！！

<湿度とカビが気になる部屋> 浴室に換気扇が無いのが気になった。また、部屋の壁には綿ぼこりか浮き上がったカビがあちこちに。こんな部屋で寝るとどうなるのでしょう…私も持ち物も半日カビにさらされるのかぁ。空気清浄機が置いてありましたが本末転倒だと思います。これは体に悪い部屋で安心して過ごせません。私はマスクをつけて就寝しました。
