すごく快適な空間でした。
子どもも大人も、現実から離れてゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。
スタッフさんの対応どの方も素晴らしかったです。食事・お風呂・お部屋どれも満足です。

スタッフの方が皆さん親切でしたし笑顔が素敵でした。
お食事もどれを食べても凄く美味しくて、種類も多すぎて目移りしました。
オールインクルーシブルでドリンクも飲み放題、ちょっとしたお菓子もご用意されていてとても良かったです。満腹満足です。
温泉も広々としていて気持ちよかったです。
また、ゆっくり来たいです。

夕食 朝食 のバッフェも美味しく、福井の味を堪能できました。
ラウンジでは無料で飲み物やおつまみが提供され、空港のラウンジのようでした。

ラウンジでアルコール飲料のサービスがあるのは貴重ですね
バイキング料理の品数が多くどれも美味しいし、大根おろし、クルトンなどお好みのトッピングも充実してて、レベルの高さを実感しました

ホテル自体はとても快適でしたし、温泉もとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクの 飲み放題サービスも良かったですし、ただ私がやっと取れたのが朝食付き夕飯無しのプランで夕飯をホテルで食べるにはバイキングしか空いて居なくて、宿泊プランの変更をしなければならないとのこと！
翌朝もバイキングですし、同じ場所との事なのでプランの変更はやめました。
食材の無駄を出さないように予約客だけにしているのか他にもレストランは有るのにそこでは食べられませんでした。
外のお店に出掛けるには少し歩かなければならず、外もまだまだ暑いので、近くのコンビニで買って食べました。
フロントでは主人がチェックインをしたのですが、先ほどの夕飯無しのプランを変更しないとバイキング付きにはならないとの説明をしてくださった男性のスタッフさんが主人にとってはあまり印象が良くなかったようです。
私が接したお部屋まで案内をして下さった女性の方も朝のバイキングレストランで案内して下さったスタッフさんもとても応対は良かったです。
あと、部屋履きとして草履を履くようになっていますが私にとってはホントに歩きにくかったです。
浴衣を好きな柄とサイズで選ぶことができたり、作務衣も選べたりできたのはとても良かったと思いました。
