"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). "ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。
口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。
吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。
部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。
朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませ んでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。
でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。
あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。
あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。"

"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...
