The staff was really nice and helpful. The public bath was nice. Breakfast was fine. The room had unpleasant smell. The blanket had some brown stains on the outside. The bed was too hard, and this is coming from a person who prefers harder mattresses.

広くて綺麗で、数日滞在するのにとてもいいです。タオル類もふかふか、部屋着もとてもリラックスできるものでした。 洗面台の高さが高く、 平均的な日本人には少し使い勝手が悪いと思います。 まえばしガレリアそのものはスタイリッシュでとても素敵ですが、周辺は、ややさびれ感があります。
