"Great place away from Tokyo/Osaka big cities, 2 stops from Shizuoka Station and they have an open air shuttle to pick you up from the station. Our family was amazed from the moment we checked in, room was spacious, clean, amenities were top of the line, decor was serenity with original Japanese beams/doors. "Units were spotless and comfortable and communication with staff for any queries we had were handled quickly and proficiently. Only negative is that the railway line ran right behind the property. Fortunately it was a local train and was not too frequent or bothersome but if you’re after a quiet spot, you may be affected by the noise. "
