"Anthemis Living Apartments is one of the finest places we have stayed in when travelling in Europe over the last 20 years. The place is beautifully built and maintained. The service is like in a five star hotel, immaculately clean, with a lift and the rooms are tastefully furnished with a very comfortable large double bed. "The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful family run complex. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable for a family of 4. Good air condition and amenities. Location was also great, only a short stroll to the harbour front where restaurants and bars are plentiful. Agia Efimia is a really pretty town and a great place for exploring the surrounding area of Kefalonia. All in all a very good experience and would definitely stay again. "

"I won't repeat all the positive comments left by other guests. We agree with them all. The 3 things that we particularly loved about this hotel were the pool area, the pool bar, and the bed! The pool area is as nice as any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. Spacious and clean. The view is hard to beat. The pool bar has a great vibe all day long, even into the evening. The bed was soft and comfortable just as we like it. This hotel was a great find. "

"Great experience, stayed in the Perla suite. Kind & helpful staff. Room cleaned daily-staff was willing to come back when we hadn’t left yet. Good location to explore the island. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well. "
