Villa Motel at Manitou Springs

"We came to Colorado for an extra night on a Red Rocks trip and decided to do a night in Manitou. This hotel was a nice and easy place to stay. The price was quite reasonable for one of the little cabins. This was not peak tourist season though. It's an easy walk into the main part of Manitou downtown, yet not right in the middle of it. The only thing we really would have liked to have was a fridge. Was a little surprised that was not in there, but for one night it was no biggie. I would absolutely stay here again, but I'd bring a bigger cooler for leftovers. The staff was friendly and helpful, the cabin was clean, spacious and quiet, and the pool looked nice. We just got back from dinner too late to enjoy it. We also got up too late to check out the breakfast, which speaks to the quietness of the location. They were quick to make more coffee when we finally stumbled into the lobby at about 10 in the morning though. :)"

"It's not fancy by any means, but the location is great! An amazing restaurant for dinner is next door and two great breakfast places within walking distance. It's on the outskirts of town so you are out of the mayhem on busy weekends. We loved it!"
Chamonix Casino Resort

"We had an excellent stay at Chamonix hotel. The staff really make you feel welcome, and go out of their way to assist you. The property itself is beautifully designed, the roof top heated pool has an amazing view of town and surrounding mountain range. The casino has quite a nice selection of slot machines as well as table games. The hotel and rooms are like new, and are very clean."

"The hotel is old. It’s clean but just old. If you expect something modern, this isn’t the one. We liked the location, it’s easy to get to Rocky Mountains. The restaurants in the hotels are pricing. It’s probably better to go to the town for dinner."
