I was the victim of a bait and switch -I had booked a premium room yet was checked into a standard with no mention of it. Very disappointing. The team did respond promptly and offer resolution , although that room type was not available. They claim it is under renovation, which to me means they baited me with a premium room picture and slid me into a regular room hoping I wouldn’t notice.
The standard room was nice and clean. My only issue is the bathroom. It is nice but very small. And the only private area if you are sharing the room. It’s too small to dress in. The shower took at least 5 min to warm and didn’t drain well. Which means I stood in ice water to shower. Toilet also had little water pressure. Hot tub closed at 7."
