"This was a very late booking and we unfortunately got the last available room, room 16, which is directly above the pub and right outside the Granary. We could sing along to all the songs that were playing and hear the foul conversations people were having outside until the pub closed at (around) midnight. The room itself is very outdated and in poor condition. The carpets have marks, the beds are not the most comfortable, the paint is peeling off in many places in the bathroom and the flushing...

"Stopped off en-route from.N.Devon to London. Easy to find and lots of parking onsite. Checked in to our comfortable room, then a short walk to the local pub for dinner. After a restful night we enjoyed a cooked breakfast before continuing our journey. A great choice, and we will return."

"Exterior didn't look too exciting but once we got inside it was fine. Rustic but pleasant. Room was a bit small, hence no chairs, but the beds were very comfortable. Generally nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Would stay there again."
