"It seems it's OK to smoke inside this hotel. Some areas of the hotel smelt so strongly of cigarettes I couldn't stay more an a few minutes. Even my hotel room smelt like cigarette smoke like it was coming through the ventilation and hardly slept at all. I left as soon as I could. Terrible."

"17 year old was not allowed to walk from the carpark back to the hotel room with 20 year old sister due to club rules. Parent had to be with the 17 year old at all times when not in the room. "

"Air conditioner worked well, but no room cleaning during the 4 day stay. Staff were excellent. Bar service excellent. "

"Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology."
