"Prior to booking, I called the hotel to confirm if indoor pool was heated and staff said it was. When we tested the water was cooled and not heated. Very disappointing, also room at lowest cooling temp was still pretty warm"

"My wife and I spent two nights at the Omni Las Colinas while attending a concert over the weekend. The hotel’s location, staff, and amenities were great overall. The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent."
