"We stayed for over 2 during which the staff proved to be helpful and very friendly. The major complaint we had was with the temperature of the water. At best it could be described as bracing. The issue began on the third day of our stay and was not resolved by the time of our departure. The hotel did have a day where the water was off for several hours but this did not materially improve the situation."

"An excellent hotel and stay; clean, comfortable, and secure. Breakfast was excellent, just what I needed for the day ahead. Hotel reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the very limited number of channels available on the TV. On the night of the NCAA Collegiate Volleyball championship, it wasn't available. Too, not all the major channels were available. Fortunately, I was able to view what I wanted to via my smart phone. So, bottom line, it was a good and reasonably priced stay."

"The they/them that was working the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming or helpful with an attitude problem. The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good."

Drury Inn & Suites Dallas Frisco

10/10 Excellent

"I have nothing but rave reviews for this Drury location. It was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were great. Having access to both breakfast and dinner was helpful when you have a very hungry teenager. We stayed in the Frisco location and it was next door to where my son's graduation was. We walked to it. We didn't attend a game, but the Rough Riders field was within waking distance too. We will definitely stay here again!"
