"Cozy room, quiet, wonderful breakfast, good location on Main Street of cute mountain town Frisco. Be sure to visit the Frisco museum just down the street "
"The the house is overall a very great stay for a big group. There were plenty of utensils and cooking supplies in the kitchen. It was nice to be able to park in the garage, especially since it snowed frequently.
The only negative is that the hot tub took forever to heat up and never actually got hot enough to use. even when we let it heat up for 6 hours, it didn’t go above 80 degrees. We chose this house partly for the hot tub and really wanted to use it after a long day of activities. In the...

"Great low key place. Friendly folks. Hot tub and small pool. All we need. Budget friendly. Breakfast is minimal at best. No biggie for us. Just passing through "
"Sue was a wonderful host and super helpful. The room was so well restored I took pictures and showed my friends and told them to stay there sometime which I wouldn't normally do. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and meeting guests at the big table downstairs. A unique and enjoyable experience to be sure "
"Second stay at this property. Staff is helpful and has a nice restaurant and outdoor area fie sitting around a firepit. It is walking distance across the street to Cutthroat anglers shop and Sauce on the Blu restaurant that is really nice. "
"I didn't like paying for parking, $10, as there was plenty of parking on a Thursday night in September.
I didn't like having high cost breakfast.
The property is pristine and updated inside and outside. Everything was new and worked well.
I like that it was dog-friendly."
"I stayed here one night. It was very clean and conveniently located. No elevator. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. I didn't have much contact with the staff."
