"This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Just around the corner from the historic center and walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The staff were so unbelievable friendly, professional and eager to help with our inquiries. Particularly, Eleonara from guest services and Maria Francesca at reception. They were both very personable and their smiles set the tone for the day. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and always so well stocked with much variety to suit any diet. Nicoletta, Nives and Giorgia were always there to great you with a smile."

"Excellent experience from top to bottom. Starting with the owners and extending to every member of the team—from the restaurant staff and cleaning crew to the front desk—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is very well located, and the breakfast was excellent, What really stands out is their concept of hospitality. It’s a small hotel with a big heart, where you can truly feel how much they care about their guests and want everyone to have a great experience. Highly recommended!"

"The place was so clean well kept and exactly what was promised was delivered. The only one downfall was the power did keep tripping if multiple lights were on or air-conditioning were on, but other than that, I would definitely recommend and go back!!"

"We had a wonderful five night stay at Masseria Eirene and would absolutely recommend it to others. Masseria Eirene is in a great location for Lecce and visiting surrounding villages in Southern Puglia. The accommodation and facilities are fabulous, our room was huge with incredible attention to detail. The pool is beautiful and very peaceful, breakfast was delicious. Paola and her family take wonderful care of their guests."

"This is a great place to stay in Lecce. The hotel is very modern and clean. The reception staff is excellent and they speak perfect English. The room was spacious and very functional. The breakfast was very good and the staff serving the coffees and teas were very efficient. Most importantly, there is plenty of parking on the property and there is no charge for it. This hotel is easy to find getting in to Lecce and easy to depart from the city. Although this hotel is not too far from the historic section of Lecce, I would still recommend driving to the “Parchejoo” (parking lot close to the castle) which is underground and huge. Lecce is a beautiful city with lots of interesting places to visit and to stroll around. This hotel made our stay there very pleasant. Highly recommend it, and I am an expert world traveler for over 40 years."

"Arrival through beautiful tall wood doors, but have to swing wide to get round them in the car - you can’t see what’s coming until you commit to the turn. Drive lined with lovely terracotta pot lamps which were lit at night, signpost directing you to reception isn’t lit - would be helpful if you arrived at night. Warm welcome by receptionist who also showed us round and to our room. Had booked a mezzanine room which was lovely. Bathroom was on the ground floor, the stairs were quite steep, and hubby’s arthritis was playing up. Also difficult if you need the bathroom during the night as room became very dark. Hubby ended up sleeping in the lounge area for safety for the first night. Spoke to Francesco in reception the next morning and he kindly sourced us a fully ground floor room “we want to keep our guests happy!” The rooms are decorated in keeping with the Moroccan style, but are tired and in need of renovation, particularly the terracotta floor tiles which are badly damaged and gouged and are an accident waiting to happen - also in reception area. Wardrobe was dusty. Pool is large and spacious, surrounded by palms, cleaned each day. Site is open to day guests and it was very hot so can become crowded. Luckily we had sussed out the better sunbed re shade and got there early; beds got, no seating position. Pool towels provided. Pool bar nice. Had lunch in restaurant - nice choice. WiFi poor connectivity. Good location though."

"The masseria is a beautiful property with a unique atmosphere and a great location if you want to explore lecce and the surrounding area, and overall we had a very good stay. we received truly outstanding service from the team, sylvia and alice greeted us on arrival and were exceptionally helpful and customer focused throughout our stay, and marco and sara were also very kind and attentive. our room was large and comfortable, and the presidential suite offered plenty of space with a big terrace that we really enjoyed. breakfast is fairly basic, and the overall experience would benefit from some additional maintenance and attention to infrastructure. on the first night the air conditioning stopped working and it was very hot, and on the second night the water briefly stopped running, which was frustrating. adding air conditioning in the bathroom and addressing these issues would elevate the experience to an exceptional level, because the setting and the team are already excellent. despite these points, we still had a great stay and are grateful to the whole team for their warm hospitality."
