"Wish I could give more stars! Midway through a long Europe trip, it was nice to have two full bedrooms in the ā€œAdventure Lodgeā€ bungalows. It also has an extra half bathroom, which isnā€™t in the description. The room is very clean, the beds comfortable, A/C works great, and the water pressure is the best weā€™ve come across. But most impressive were the outstanding staff. At check-in, two employees were very helpful. On our second day, we had questions and a request. The woman working at the front desk (I think Melani) was amazing. She provided solutions before I even asked and advised us how to get to our destination after our transportation plans fell through and we didnā€™t have a backup plan. Iā€™m a frequent traveler and canā€™t recall a time Iā€™ve ever received such great service. Highly recommend this hotel."
