"I was clean and the beds were ok. We stayed there only for one night. If we were to stay there longer as a family it would have been very cramped and not a place we would recommend if you are travelling with smaller children."

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und vor allem gibt es absolut alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht: von hervorragender Ausstattung und Geschirr in der Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen diesen Ort gerne unseren Freunden weiter! Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Wochenende!"

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Excellent location just on the edge of old town. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 minutes from train station. Apartment is clean, beautiful, and so many windows were helpful to keep it cool in hot weather. Would stay here again! "

"The apartment was love, very clean, safe and comfortable, our only complaint was in such a modern apartment block there was no usb charging sockets, our solution was we were able to charge our devices using the tv usb socket, apart from that its was a great base, and if you wanted you could cook and eat in. "

"Das Appartment war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, für eine Fewo hat aber einiges gefehlt, es gab keinen Besen,Handfeger, Schaufel, geschweige denn einen Staubsauger. So etwas müsste man in einer Fewo immer mitbringen....An Küchenutensilien war auch nur das wirklich notwendigste vorhanden; das Frühstück war ausreichend, und wenn man nur 2 oder 3 Tage da war, auch abwechslungsreich, aber bei 6 Tagen wurde es schon langweilig. ich habe Quark, Frischkäse, evtl. mal etwas Lachs oder ähnliches, vermisst."

"Sehr schön und nahe am Wasser gelegen, aber regelmäßige Fahrten der Bahn muss man bedenken. Sehr schnell und laut, aber nach 3 Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Ansonsten gute Betten, Waschmaschine vor Ort, nette Einrichtung ( ohne Spülmaschine ), alles in Allem sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und Sipplingen und Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert! "

"Die Wohnung liegt unter einer halben Stunde Fahrt von Lindau und Friedrichshafen in der Nähe eines Naturschutzgebiets. Sie selbst hat ein schön renoviertes Bad (leider ohne Fenster), der Rest wirkt auch schön, jedoch im "alten Stil". Es ist schön ruhig, gut geeignet zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem nicht allzu weit vom nächsten Supermarkt. "Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend. "

"We happened to get to the hotel at around 10am and the staff was very helpful in setting up us with a room near the elevator as well as keeping our luggage so we could explore the city. When we got to the room, we were surprised at how large it was and had windows on two sides since we were put into a corner room. We only stayed one night but the hotel is right on the waterfront and nearby to everything needed."

"Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly. "

"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."

"The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "
