"Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, ich habe ihn sehr genossen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber und hell und ordentlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets bemüht die Wünsche ihrer Gäste zu erfüllen. "The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
