"Breakfast is excellent. Room is very spacious and the terrace is a plus plus. Bathroom very clean but one of the toilet tissue holder is broken. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall, love the ambience and i recommend this hotel. "

"I stayed for 2 nights and didnt fully experience what the hotel had to offer such as the spa, swimming pool, restaurant and bar area as i had my dog with me and understood that dogs wasnt allowed in the public areas ..... i would go back and stay again and hopefully get to enjoy the spa experience. "We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Everything about this hotel (location, food, room, area, staff) was great with one glaring exception (which we reported). The hostess in the 6th floor restaurant was rude on multiple occasions. She did not fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. We reported this (several people in our party noticed her attitude on multiple occasions) This aside, our stay was lovely and we recommend"

"Super friendly on check in and it was just no bother thereafter. Nothing bad to say. Pleasant hotel - looks like a prison from the outside but they have done absolute wonders with the inside. Lifts were glitchy while we were there which was annoying but I’m sure that’s a temporary thing. Amazing position for the Boat Show and shopping. "
