"This was the most disgusting facility I’ve ever stayed in. There was pieces of weave and eyelashes on the floor. The floor was so dirty and greasy that it left imprints of your shoe after stepping on it. The whole thing was sticky. "

"The air conditioning was fine. Check in desk clerk was speaking on her cell phone the entire time she waited on me. She never mentioned wifi or the password, quickly told me the breakfast hours and where the room was located and literally nothing else. The next morning the toilet clogged and ran over. As the guest I used a plunger and cleared the clog. I had to request disinfectant wipes to clean the toilet and bathroom floor. Housekeeping did not service our room that day at all. There was a mini refrigerator in the room but no shelves in it. There was an ice/vending/laundry room that I didn't discover could be opened with the room key until check out when I requested it to be opened to get some ice. Overall I felt like an interruption at check in and after reporting the toilet overflow issue and doing a light surface cleaning with the only thing available to me only to discover that no housekeeping was done to the room I felt more like an inconvenience and am greatly disappointed in the service provided for our stay. The room was clean on arrival and hence the 3 stars for it, but I'll be looking elsewhere to spend my money on return visits to the area."

"I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The grill area was nice too. We planned to grill our dinner but it was a busy weekend and the grills were already in use. No problem! It was overall a nice stay. "

"I stayed in the downstairs room with two king beds. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay. I also appreciated that the property is pet‑friendly. Staff was very nice !! There were just a few things that could use attention. The old, worn‑out chair really needs to be replaced, and the tub mat looked like it hadn’t been updated in a while. The bathroom light fixture also needs to be cleaned or replaced, as it shows noticeable wear. None of these issues ruined the stay, but updating those details would definitely improve the room’s appearance and overall experience."
