"Clean room, great staff. A little price food, down side you have to pay for parking. I only stay overnight. "

"The staff were very nice and welcoming. However, the room was poorly maintained. The shower drain was clogged, the air conditioner was extremely loud, it kept me up all night. The comforter was old and dingy, I was disgusted to the point I would have left but it was late when we arrived and raining. The light over the nightstand was very old and the built-in charging station hummed. It was such an unpleasant stay and not a good look for Marriott! This place is in desperate need of a renovation."

"The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area giving directions. The breakfast menu was very good hot and cold foods plenty of fresh fruit they kept it well stocked, coffee 24/7 which I appreciated. Plenty of parking although we didn't know it first if you could park in the back all the way towards the vet. One of the staffers actually came out and walked us around and showed us as far the parking lot went, so we knew we can park over there. Great stay."

"Loved my stay at Philly inn & suites. Everything was great, and Key at the front desk was very helpful!"

"Place was dirty and run down. They had to manually program my key card and when I went to smoke at 2am it stopped working I was locked out for 45mins. When I finally gained entry inside I told the employee about card buy he made me take 4 trips Up and down with key that didn’t work before finally opening my door with his key and telling me if I left I would be locked out again. I became a hostage in my room a the hotel that night. "

"There is no parking. There is no breakfast. The bed was like a rock. The host refused to communicate with us during our stay. This is the worst experience I’ve had in Philly, and that’s a pretty wild statement considering how often I visit here."
