"Amazing hotel"

"Kinda dingy…light didn’t work in bathroom …rotten bananas laying on the stairs "

"The brochure said the bar was open till 12 but they closed at 10.30. couldn't get breakfast."

"Room smelled like dog fur. Carpet was very discolored. Bathroom towels and washcloths had red stains on the majority of them. The bedsheets smelled like wet dog. The TV stand/bedside tables had a white crusty substance of them. The hallway smelled like smoke. Parking was pretty easy and they had a free breakfast."

"We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well supplied. Parking was great. Staff was kind and helpful. Toiletries were a little lacking is our only concern "

"Breakfast was good, but before we could leave the room, a staff member just walked in our room without even knocking, but she did announce she was staff. We didn’t have the door locked. Or the hasp lock security connected that was our fault. Otherwise, everything else good she did apologize multiple times when checking out."

"The breakfast was nice but it contains a lot of high carbs and sugars. I would like to see items with mor nutritional content/protein, such as Greek yogurt. I'd also like to see more fruit as this site only offered apples. The rooms and the facility could have been cleaner. I ended up wiping down items in our room. The vinyl couch was sticky and after wiping it down with cleaning solution and towels that I received from staff, the rag was black. There was a large stain on the cloth chair. The second TV screen was shattered of which they replaced when notified. Management needs to teach staff how to be more detailed when reviewing a room after guests leave. The bathroom tub caulk was pulling away and there were hairs and dirt in that area. I don't think cleaning staff vacuum after every stay as there were pizza crumbs and dried cheese under the desk on the carpet and the desk chair had remains there, as well. Other areas were in need of vacuuming around the hotel. The staff were very nice. Check in was easy and we got a room upgrade when the first room layout didn't agree with our liking. The suite is the room that was dirty. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were not flat, which was nice. Our window view was of trees and a little stream, which was nice. We were on the third floor and it was quiet, which we loved. No pets are allowed on this floor, only on the first floor, which we appreciated."
