"Located in a nice and clean area, the hotel is well maintained and kept it clean. I stayed 11 nights and it was always pleasant to return there at night. There's a lounge area which is nice and a fitness room that I used a couple of times. The kitchenette in the room was very useful for my needs and the size was enough. In the area you can access to public trasports within walking distances."

"Amazing location and great restaurants around. Easy trip to Berlin. However, we recommend trying to get back to Potsdam before the buses and train stop. We had a cab!!! It worked out. Highly recommend the stay and a visit to the Palaces and parks! "

"We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. "

"In need of renovation, soundproofing terrible, fridge provided is nice, but overall room with outdated doors and features. No coffee machine provided and staff imply to you not to be thief robe, how rude as if I ever. Morning Cleaning staff as loud as a disco party."

"We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel."
