Beach Hotels in French Quarter, New Orleans

"The rooms were very clean and the staff were nice. We had breakfast included and some drink tickets that were part of the room package. The way they accounted for these was an overly complicated system. Best restaurant was Revolucion "

"When we arrived the staff claimed there was no valet parking and told my partner to park at a parking garage two blocks down. They then let another customer in the valet parking when my partner drove down the street while i waited with the luggage. The tow truck driver was sitting near the parking garage, my partner told me, they were towing cars. This was a scam. When I complained to the staff all of a sudden they said my partner could come back and they would find parking. The staff at the desk miscalculated and over charged my debit for incidentals. The staff at the desk said they did not know. We got the wrong room that was originally booked. And then when I asked for a receipt when I left the staff said they did not know how to print one up at the front desk. For the price this was the most negative experience and if you want a trip to new orleans that is positive I would not book this hotel"
