"Kudos to the EVS team, but front desk staff is dismissive and untrained To start with the positives, the room was very clean, and the two EVS workers we ran into were very nice and welcoming. They deserve recognition. However, the front desk management suffers from a severe lack of communication and training. Our room wasn't ready 20 minutes after check-in time, and the agents on duty seemed confused, only checking on it after my husband insisted. We also watched every other guest receive a welcome bag and information about breakfast and drink hours, while we were given neither. Furthermore, despite having already paid for the room in full through a booking site, we were charged an unexpected $50 deposit. The room itself contained a queen bed instead of the king we reserved. When I brought this up at checkout, the agent was highly dismissive, insisting the bed was a king and brushing off my comment that my husband did not fit on it. Finally, because of the deposit, I requested a timestamped checkout receipt to protect my records. She claimed she didn't have access to it and said it would be sent by Expedia—which is completely incorrect, as I did not book through Expedia. Great job by the cleaning crew, but a highly frustrating experience overall."

"We had to stay there for two nights , when we got there system was down , we waited 20 maybe 30 minutes for it to come up . Then when we got in the room tv didn't work , roaches , bed uncomfortable, toilet seat messed up , and the light over the vanity wouldn't work. When It was time to check there was a note that the person was off property and I would have to come back in 10 mins . ( idk when they left )"

"Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump. There was also a smoke alarm that had been removed and replaced but the wire connectors were still visible on the wall. Just not the most visually appealing for paying almost $200 per night. Also, the room was incredibly humid and the AC couldn’t seem to keep up well."

"My wife and I wanted a peaceful staycation after a long couple weeks of finishing up our boys high school graduation. We picked this location because they had the outdoor pool and it was close to some places we like to eat at. Once we checked in, we went straight to the pool and grabbed us a couple of chairs on the edge of the water. I walked over to order a drink and after 30 minutes of waiting at the bar, my wife text me asking me if I’d ran off somewhere. I told her no I’m just waiting for the bartender to come over and ask me what we want. After 45 minutes we finally got our first drink. Right about that time, some kids came down to the pool and began to start doing cannonballs in the pool. I had no problem with that but keep in mind this pool is about 10‘ x 10‘. It only became a problem when the boys started splashing water on everybody that was around them. I went to get another drink for my wife and I and had to wait another 20 minutes without the bartender even coming over because she was the only one working the entire restaurant and pool area. When you have a wedding party and a graduation party stay at your hotel. You should probably have more than one person covering your entire restaurant. My wife went to the front desk to see if they could ask the dad to have their kids stop splashing everybody and his response was he was too busy checking everybody in, which there was a line of about eight people trying to check in. We left and went to another hotel."

"Nice accommodations. A little tricky finding it, but worth it! Cozy suite with all the amenities. Comfortable bed and enough space for 3 people. I wish they had a fan in the shower area, but not a deal breaker. Breakfast has good options with delicious coffee!"

"A/C would not stay on Room was mostly clean.... Beds are horrible, hand towls for bath towls and completely worn out."
