Quest Frankston on the Bay
On arrival staff were not welcoming and could not read their own booking system. Tried to say we had not booked 2 rooms and then tried to charge again despite it being prepaid. No apology given for their errors. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the staff are not up to the job, am still waiting ...
