"We had an amazing view from our very spacious room and could see/hear the waves coming into the beach from our balcony. Everything was comfortable. We paid extra for our breakfast - which was satisfactory. The staff at reception were really helpful, showing us the best way to restaurants and recommending options. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, yet in a quiet area.
I wasn't so keen on the lack of a wash hand basin in the separate toilet."
"Hôtel ideally situated , central and close to beach. Very welcoming reception and great breakfast.
We opted for the most economical accommodation and weren’t expecting any view but what was a shame was it was noisy. We were above a service entrance and were woken early by deliveries. Lot of water pipe noise from rooms above as well during the night."
"Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with freshly-squeezed orange juice. Room was very comfortable - we had asked for room on a low floor, which we got. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a short walk from the very sandy beach and the bay surfers enjoy. It's also a couple of hundred yards from the town centre, a nightclub and post office. We ate each evening at the Bistrot Angeluan at the end of nearby Rue de la Bergerie. The staff there were very friendly and helpful - especially Josephine who speaks excellent English which she self-taught."
