"Breakfast had a good variety of items. Took awhile to get checked in as we had booked 2 rooms and there was some issue trying to link them together. They charge another $25 fee per room when you check in for incidentals. The AC was also not functioning well in one room but it was after 10 pm when we arrived back at the room to find out so we didn't do anything about it. We only stayed one night. Overall nice option for being close to Hampton beach without the minimum night bookings hotels on the beach have. "
