The location is convenient for shopping and restaurant options. I was disappointed that when i called about the heater, I was told that the maintenance staff had left for the day and I was told to turn the setting to a higher number which seemed to help the issue. Overall, a good experience.

The last night there we noticed ants on the bed. Never saw anything there before. Also never ate near the bed. We cleaned them up and that was it. Didn’t see anymore. Other than that everything else was great. The space was super spacious and nice.

Nice new building, unexpected costs

The building seems new and the room was very clean and overall very nice. I enjoyed having the dresser and the kitchen is very nice. Location is meh. It’s near the highway and industrial. FYI expect a $250 dollar deposit per stay and $10 per day for parking. I travel to the area 4x per month for work and that rate is much higher than average for similar stays. Air conditioner in our room kept moving up without us touching it. They couldn't send a workman till the morning so we had a very warm night.

We stayed here to celebrate our son's 6-month milestone and chose the property because it appeared to be relatively new and offered family-friendly amenities. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the swimming pool, only to discover during our stay that it had no water in it. While maintenance issues can happen, we were not notified in advance, which was frustrating given that pool access was a key factor in our decision to stay here. The next morning, we went to breakfast shortly after 6:00 AM and found the dining area closed. We were told that the breakfast staff had not reported to work and that breakfast had not been prepared. We were also informed that no manager would be available until 9:00 AM. Since complimentary breakfast is an advertised amenity, this was disappointing. Ironically, as we were leaving the hotel around 9:00 AM, we saw that breakfast had finally been set up. By then, we had already packed and were checking out. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication regarding both issues and the absence of any response after I emailed management about our concerns. The room itself was clean and the property appeared well-maintained, but the unavailable amenities and lack of follow-up significantly impacted our overall experience.

Great hotel! The room we stayed in was very nice, very clean and very spacious. The decor is very modern. I really liked the kitchen area, it’s equipped with real dishes and silverware. It’s in a perfect location near shopping center. Also, they have a good quantity of Tesla chargers in the garage which was convenient for us! The only complain I have is that the pool was out of order. That was a bummer for my daughter who was looking forward to enjoying the pool. Either way we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

I had a very poor experience at this hotel and ultimately chose not to stay. At check in, the front desk attempted to charge me for a room that had already been fully paid. This was only resolved after I refused to provide my card and asked for a manager at which point the staff member suddenly contradicted their earlier statement and “found” my reservation in the system. I was then told a $250 authorization would be required. Given the condition and offerings of the property, this was unreasonable and not adequately explained. I declined, did not check in, and went to another hotel instead. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property. The process lacked professionalism and transparency. The Lobby also smelled of marijuana.
